A TORNADO WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR MUCH OF NORTH-CENTRAL ARKANSAS UNTIL 400 AM SUNDAY MORNING. WARM AND MOIST AIR CONTINUED TO INCREASE FROM THE SOUTH THIS EVENING IN ADVANCE OF A DRYLINE MOVING SLOWLY TOWARDS ARKANSAS FROM EASTERN OKLAHOMA.
