Another northeasterly downslope wind event occurred on this date in downtown Juneau and Douglas. The "Taku winds" this time maxed out at 63 mph on the South Douglas Island mesonet site (9' ASL).

High elevation peak wind readings included Mount Roberts (1761' ASL) at 68 mph and Sheep Mountain (3542' ASL) at 71 mph. No damage was reported.
