PW REMAINS CONSTANT AT 1.5 TO 2.0 INCHES AND BY FRIDAY THE AREA OF HIGHER MOISTURE IS OVER THE TN VALLEY AND ORIENTATED EAST AND WEST AS A WEAK TROUGH MOVES INTO THE NORTH.
