STRONG VORT MOVING INTO NORTHERN CA WILL MOVE EAST ACROSS NV AND INTO UT BY 17/12Z AND THEN CO BY 18/00Z. THE DYNAMICS WILL BE WEAK ACROSS THE CWFA TODAY AND TONIGHT. HOWEVER DYNAMICS IMPROVE ON MON MAINLY ACROSS WEST AND SOUTH WY BY 18/00Z. THE INSTABILITY WILL BE WEAK TODAY AND A LITTLE MORE UNSTABLE ON MON...LIS 0 TO -1.
