CONNECTIVE COMPLEX. SEEMS TO BE HOLDING TOGETHER BUT NOT INCREASING.
IF IT HOLDS TOGETHER...IT WILL OBVIOUSLY MOVE ACROSS S MN. THERE IS
SOME HINT THAT CAP COULD BUILD IN...AND COMPLEX OVER CENTRAL MN
WOULD BE THE ONE TO MOVE ON ACROSS EAST CENTRAL AND INTO WI. WILL
TRY TO ACCOUNT FOR BOTH SCENARIOS IN FORECAST. TEMPOS WILL GO HIGHER
THAN GUID IN S IF SD COMPLEX WEAKENS AND CAP WORKS IN. LOOKS LIKE
AVN HAS BEEN BETTER WITH SYSTEM AS A WHOLE LAST FEW RUNS. LOOKS LIKE
THETA E RIDGE WILL SET UP ACROSS EASTERN MN AND INTO WI FOR ANOTHER
CHC OF SVR AHEAD OF FNT. CAP FCST TO BREAK QUICKLY LATE AFTERNOON.
WILL NOT CONTINUE FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR SOUTH CENTRAL.
