FORECAST CONCERN IS HOW FAR SOUTH SEVERE WEATHER MAY DEVELOP
TONIGHT. AIRMASS VERY UNSTABLE OVER SOUTHERN MN AND 00Z RUC DOES
SHOW CONTINUED 850 MB THETA-E ADVECTION OVER CENTRAL MN. MOST OF THE
ACTIVITY HAS BEEN NORTH OF WARMER 700 TEMPS OF 11 DEGREES BUT THIS
SHOULD COOL DURING THE NIGHT. LOW LEVEL FLOW NOT THAT STRONG DURING
THE NIGHT AND SOME HINT THAT STRONGER LOW LEVEL FLOW WILL SET UP
FARTHER SOUTH AND FEED COMPLEX OVER NEB IN SUBTROPICAL FLOW. WILL
RAISE POPS IN MOST AREAS..ESPECIALLY NORTH. RUC ALSO SHOWING
INCREASE MOIST CONV FAR SOUTH NEAR SUBTROPICAL FLOW. SOME CONCERN OF
FLODDING AS WELL BUT WILL HODL OFF FOR NOW ON WATCH.
