LIFTING NORTHEAST AHEAD OF SHORT-WAVE TROUGH MOVING EAST ACROSS NEW
MEXICO AND EXTENDING INTO FAR NORTHERN MEXICO.  OTHER SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS NOTED JUST SOUTH OF THE BIG BEND AND AHEAD OF THE
SHORT-WAVE.  MEANWHILE...SOUTHWARD MOVING COLD FRONT EXTENDING FROM
SOUTH OF THE METROPLEX TO SOUTH OF SAN ANGELO TO FORT STOCKTON
GENERATING SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ALONG AND BEHIND.  THUS...WILL
MAINTAIN CHANCE POPS ACROSS THE EWX CWA...ALTHOUGH MAY LOWER 10 OR SO
IN THE SOUTH AS A LITTLE MORE STABLE.  FRONTAL PASSAGE EXPECTED
DURING THE OVERNIGHT HOURS IN THE HILL COUNTRY...AND WILL DROP
FORECASTED LOWS AT LEAST TWO CATEGORIES AS TEMPERATURES HAVE FALLEN
INTO THE 60S WITHIN AN HOUR OR SO OF FRONTAL PASSAGE OR DUE TO RAIN
COOLING.  NO OTHER SIGNIFICANT CHANGES ANTICIPATED.  04/06/PM.
