March 23-24, Episode NarrativeAnother cold upper level low settled into the region. More thunderstorms were triggered by disturbances moving out of the low. Additionally, there was more heavy rain which fell onto already wet ground and created more flooding problems in some locations. Most of the activity was north and west of an Eastland, Waxahachie, Athens line.
