WILL ADD DENSE FOG ADVISORY TO NORTHERN SECTIONS OF COUNTY WARNING
AREA AHEAD OF A WARM FRONT DRIFING SLOWLY TO THE NORTH. THE LOWER
VISIBILITIES WILL BE OVER THE NORTHERN PARTS OF THE FORECAST AREA.
FOG WILL FORM/CONTINIUE OVER REMAINING SECTIONS OF COUNTY WARNING
AREA BUT DONT THINK IT WILL BE AS DENSE AS AHEAD OF THE WARM FRONT.
HAVE INCLUDED FOG MENTION IN ALL ZONES.

WILL MAKE MINOR ADJUSTMENTS TO TEMPERATURES...WINDS...SOME CHANCES
OF RAIN...AND REALIGNMENT OF GROUPINGS.  BEST CHANCE OF RAIN
WILL REMAIN OVER THE NORTHERN SECTIONS WHERE FRONT...UPWARD VERTICAL
MOTION FIELDS INDICATED WITH SMALL DISTURBANCES MOVING THROUGH THE
FLOW ALOFT.

Excessive and prolonged heavy rains fell across the upper Sabine River Basin. The Sabine River from Hawkins, Gladewater, and through Longview in Texas, crested at the highest stages since the May floods of 1990. In Hawkins Texas, the Sabine River crested at 33.9 feet on the 20th. Near Gladewater, the river crested at 37.1 feet on the 21st. Near Longview, the river crested at 33.9 feet on the 25th.
