Heavy rain in the headwater region (Doppler Radar storm total estimates of between 3 and 5 inches) caused small stream flooding in the northwest part of the county and the eventual minor flooding along the West Branch of the Brandywine Creek. At Honeybrook, the creek was above its flood stage of 7 feet from 1142 p.m. EDT on the 22nd through 213 a.m. EDT on the 23rd. It crested at 7.59 feet at 1230 a.m. EDT on the 23rd.
