What happened

The episode as NWS PHI wrote it up.

Snow showers preceding a cold front produced slippery traveling conditions in the Poconos and Lehigh County. Accumulations were under an inch. But, the afternoon snow showers melted and then froze on untreated roadways as the sun set. In Carbon County, slippery roads were reported in Summit Hill, Lansford and Penn Forest. Pennsylvania State Route 902 was closed between Summit Hill and Lansford for an hour. A truck slid sideways on Pennsylvania State Route 902 in Nesquehoning. In Lehigh County, police in Upper Macungie Township closed Pennsylvania State Road 100 and secondary roads feeding into it because of slippery conditions.
