At 2 pm cdt on June 4 the Neosho River at Commerce rose above its flood stage of 15 feet. The river crested at 17.3 feet at noon cdt on June 5. It fell below its flood stage at 4 am cdt on June 6.

SHOULD BREAK IN NRN ZONES AS WARM FRONT LIFTS NORTH BUT MAY STAY PARTLY CLOUDY IN SE OK THIS AFTERNOON. 12Z OUN SOUNDING HAS A MONSTER CAP...CONVECTIVE TEMPS IS AROUND 100F. HOWEVER...IN HIGHER TERRAIN IN WEST TEXAS MIGHT HAVE SOME STORMS FIRE ALONG WEAK FRONT OR DRYLINE IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE. BETTER FLOW ALOFT IS NORTH OF A LUBBOCK TO DALLAS LINE.
