WINDS 50-80 KTS. BEST OPPORTUNITIES WILL BE IN THE WAKE OF BAND OF
PREFRONTAL SHOWERS AND SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS LATE THIS
MORNING...AND WITH THE STRONG COLD FRONTAL PASSAGE DURING MID TO
