REMOVE MENTION OF SHOWERS AND TSRA EVERYWHERE EXCEPT SOUTHEASTERN 2
ZONES.  WILL ALSO BOOST TEMPS NC/NE OH TO AROUND 80 SINCE FRONT WONT
PASS THROUGH TILL THIS AFTERNOON.  NO OTHER CHANGES EXPECTED.
