COLD FRONT ACTING AS WESTERN BARRIER...MOVING EASTWARD SLOWER THAN PREVIOUS MODEL RUNS INDICATED. PRECIP AREA SLOWLY INCREASING PAST HOUR INDICATING OVERRUNNING AS H5 VORT CENTER SOUTHEAST OF LEMMON. WILL GO WITH RAIN/PERIODS OF RAIN CENTRAL FOR THE MORNING HOURS... DIMINSHING /ENDING THIS AFTERNOON. WEST WILL START OF PARTLY CLOUDY.
