THE ATMOSPHERE WILL BECOME QUITE UNSTABLE THIS AFTERNOON...DUE TO LINGERING TROPICAL MOISTURE...AS AN OLD AREA OF LOW PRESSURE MOVES AWAY TO THE EAST.
