BROKEN LINE OF PCPN ACROSS NORTH IN THE SURFACE TROUGH WITH SOME SPOTTY CELLS AHEAD OF THAT. MODELS HANG ON TO MOISTURE WELL PAST THIS EVENING WITH DECENT DRYING AFTER MIDNIGHT ALOFT AND NOT SIGNIFICANT AT THE SURFACE UNTIL NEAR DAWN. THEREFORE WILL HAVE TO HANG ON TO POPS NEAR AND EAST OF THE TROUGH INTO THE EARLY MORNING. WILL PAINT THE NW DRY AND PERHAPS ISOLATED SW. LOW CHANCE EAST.
