A STRONG H5 VORT WILL TRACK ACROSS NC THIS AFTERNOON AND OFF THE VA COAST BY 06Z. EXPECT SHOWERS ACROSS MUCH OF CWA THE REMAINDER OF THE AFTERNOON WITH ISOLATED TSTMS POSSIBLE. SOME SMALL HAIL IS POSSIBLE AS WELL. FOR N PART OF CWA WILL MENTION RAIN/SNOW SHOWERS JUST IN CASE A FEW FLAKES FALL. EVEN IF SNOW SHOWERS DO FALL...GROUND TEMPS ARE TOO WARM FOR ANY ACCUMULATION.
