FORECAST TO GO WITH PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES OVERNIGHT.  TEMPS STILL QUITE
MILD ACROSS THE FCST AREA ATTM.  NOTICED SOME DEW POINTS IN THE UPPER
40S IN THE ADIRONDACKS AND NE VT...SO WE COULD SEE SOME OVERNIGHT
LOWS IN THE UPPER 40S IN THE MORE SHELTERED VALLEYS OF THE
ADIRONDACKS AND NE VT OVERNIGHT...SO WILL MENTION IN THE FCST.
WINDS RATHER LIGHT ACROSS THE FCST AREA ATTM...BUT SHOULD INCREASE
BY DAYBREAK.  WILL MAKE SOME ADJUSTMENTS IN THE ZONES FOR THIS.
WILL ALSO KEEP THE FLOOD WATCH UP ALSO.  LAKE CHAMPLAIN STILL REMAINS
JUST ABOVE FLOOD STAGE ATTM...ALONG WITH THE OTTER CREEK AT CENTER
RUTLAND VT.  THE WINOOSKI RIVER FELL BELOW FLOOD STAGE AT ESSEX JCT.
VT EALIER THIE EVENING...SO THE FLOOD WARNING WAS CANCELLED THERE.
OTRW...NO CHGS TO THE REMAINDER OF THE FCST.
