CATEGORICAL WORDING IN THE ZONES SOON.  LOW CIGS AND VSBYS CONTINUE
TO WORK THEIR WAY SOUTHWEST TOWARD LBF ALSO...SO MAY NEED TO ADD
FOG TO FORECAST WORDING.
