RADAR STARTING TO SHOW INCREASING RETURNS...DESPITE NO GROUND TRUTH IN THE CWA ATTM. ICT REPORTING FZDZ IN A FEW OF THEIR COUNTIES EARLIER. AWIPS EVEN SHOWING SOME LIGHTNING STRIKES IN NE OK. 5H SHORTWAVE PROGGED BY ALL MODELS TO MOVE INTO THE AREA LATER TODAY AND TONIGHT...WITH 850 WAA CONTINUING THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING ACROSS THE CWA. TEMP PROFILES SUGGEST IP/FZRA TO OCCUR LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND THIS EVENING...AND WILL BE GOING WITH A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT ACROSS THE CWA.
