WESTERN MARYLAND THIS EVENING.  ETA SHOWS ANOTHER LINE OF STORMS CAN
DEVELOP OVER MICHIGAN AND THEN MOVE ACROSS THE UPPER OHIO VALLEY
AROUND MIDNIGHT.  WITH HIGH DEWPOINTS AND JETSTREAM ALOFT...SOME
STORMS CAN BE SEVERE AND HAVE HEAVY RAIN.  SOME PATCHY FOG CAN

A weak F0 tornado touched down about 2 miles northeast of Grantsville. The tornado moved southeast along a sporadic 4-mile long path to around 5 ½ miles east of Grantsville. Maximum winds along the 40-yard wide path were estimated to be around 70 MPH. Damage was minimal and consisted of several trees and large branches.
