A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE OHIO VALLEY THIS EVENING AND THEN PUSH THROUGH THE REGION OVERNIGHT. AHEAD OF THE FRONT THE ATMOSPHERE WILL BECOME WARM...MOIST...AND UNSTABLE.
