POPS ARE THE MAIN CHALLENGE FOR THIS FCST PCKG AS UPR TROF SHARPENS
TO OUR W AND DEEPER MOIST SETTLES ACRS THE FA. LATEST SFC ANLYS HAD
THE CD FNT NEAR THE OH RVR...BUT IR LOOP AND RADAR PIX WERE SHOWING
LG MCS IN THE CD AIR MOVING E ACRS NRN MO. OTHERWISE...RADAR LOOPS
WERE SHOWING A CLUSTER OF STORMS MOVING E ACRS SRN IL WITH THE REST
OF THE ACTIVITY JUST AHEAD OF THE FNT ACRS SWRN OH...NRN KY AND XTRM
SRN IN.

MODELS WERE IN DECENT AGREEMENT ON MOVING DEEPER MOIST ACRS THE FA
TODAY AND MOVING THE CD FNT SLOWLY SE OUT OF THE FA. THEY ALSO BEGIN
TO SHARPEN THE UPR TROF THIS AFT WITH THE ETA AND AVN MOVING IT ACRS
ON FRI. IN THE MEAN TIME THEY ALSO MOV SEVERAL WK SW'S ACRS IN THE
INCRSG WSW FLOW ALOFT. ONE SUCH WV MOVES ACRS THIS AFT WHICH SHOULD
...WITH THE HELP OF MARGINAL TO MODERATE INSTABILITY (CAPES FM NEAR
1000 J/KG N AND AND NEAR 2000 J/KG S) AND INCRSG MOIST THROUGH THE
COLUMN...TRIGGER NUMEROUS TRW'S TODAY. ANOTHER WAVE MOVES ACRS TNGT
WHICH SHOULD KEEP THE ACTIVITY GOING. BEST PRECIP CVRG SHOULD BE ON
THU AS THE UPR TROF APPROACHES AND A 90 KT JET MOVES ACRS NRN IN
PLACING THE FA IN RR QUAD. LI/CAPE PROGS ONLY SHOW MARGINAL
INSTABILITY ON THU...HOWEVER. STILL...INCRSG UPR FORCING AND AT LEAST
SOME INSTABILTY WOULD FAVOR TRW'S OVER JUST RW'S ON THU. MUCH HIGHER
FWC POPS APPEAR MORE IN LINE ON THU AND AS A RESULT WL GO WITH
OCCASIONAL POPS THEN. THE ACTIVITY SHOULD BE WINDING DOWN THU NGT AS
THE JET STREAK MOVES E OF THE STATE AND DRIER AIR MOVES IN.
STILL...CHC POPS LOOK OK TO COVER FOR LINGERING SHOWERS ESP SE ZONES.

PLEASANT WEEKEND IN STORE AS THE TROF MOVES E...SFC HIGH PRES AND
DRY AIR WORK THEIR WAY IN.

MOS TEMPS CLOSE TODAY AND APPEAR REASONABLE WITH EXPECTED CLD CVR AND
LOW LVL THERMAL PATTERN. FAVOR WARMER FWC TNGT WITH HIGHER DEW PTS
EXPECTED. PREFER COOLER FWC ON THU WITH LITTLE SS AND MUCH RN
EXPECTED. FINALLY...MOS CLOSE AND THU NGT AND APPEARS REASONABLE WITH
DRIER AIR WORKING IN.

.IND...NONE.
