BREEZE CLASHES ACROSS ESPECIALLY NRN HALF LOCAL AREA SO MAY TWEK UP
POPS THERE. DEEP LYR MOISTURE AND WEAK STEERING FLOW ALSO SUGGESTS
POSSIBLY OF SMALL SCALE FLOODING.

MARINE: HIGH DEVELOPING ACROSS OFFSHORE WATERS AND APPROACHING LOW
PRES BOUNDARY TO OUR NORTH TIGHTENING LOCAL GRADIENTS. ADD OFFSHORE
CONVECTIONS EFFECT ON WINDS AND SEAS AND AQQ AND PFN BUOYS REPORTING
WINDS AROUND 20 KNOTS WITH GUSTS TO NEAR 30 KNOTS AND SEAS 4 FEET.
WILL BREAK UP CWF INTO NEARSHORE (10 TO 15 KNOTS) AND OFFSHORE AND
INSERT SCEC INTO OFFSHORE (15 TO 20 KNOTS WITH HIGHER GUSTS).
