AN UPPER TROF REMAINS TO THE WEST OF THE FORECAST AREA...KEEPING US IN A DEEP MOIST ENVIRONMENT... PRECIPATABLE WATER VALUES REMAIN AT 2 INCHES OR HIGHER THROUGH AT LEAST THE SHORT TERM.
