LITTLE CHANGE TO MAKE TO CURRENT FORECAST. AGAIN VERY WEAK STEERING
PATTERN SHOWN ON 12Z MFL SOUNDING. PWAT DOWN TO 1.92 AND SOME DRY
AIR SHOWING UP BETWEEN H500 AND H300 (DP DEPRESSION OF 20 DEGS).
POPS OF 20% ALONG THE COAST AND 30% INLAND LOOKS REASONABLE IN LIGHT
OF WHAT HAPPENED YESTERDAY... AND WITH LITTLE IN THE WAY OF
SIGNIFICANT CHANGE SINCE THEN. WITH WEAK SURFACE GRADIENT SEA
BREEZES ALONG BOTH COASTS (TOGETHER WITH SURFACE HEATING) SHOULD BE
THE MAIN TRIGGERS FOR CONVECTION. COULD BE SOME VERY LOCALIZED HEAVY
RAINFALL AMOUNTS WITH THE VERY WEAK STEERING.
