TONIGHT. CONFIDENCE IS LOW FOR THUNDERSTORMS AT THIS TIME BASED ON
CURRENT CONDITIONS...BUT WL INCLUDE 10-20 POPS IN 1ST PERIOD. PROBLEM
TODAY IS THAT CONVECTIVE TEMPS NOT REACHED AND MID LVL CAP STILL IN
