LOW CLOUDS AND FOG MAINLY NEAR THE COAST. HIGH PRESSURE ALOFT
THROUGH TUESDAY WILL KEEP THE WEATHER FAIR WITH WARM DAYS INLAND.
SOUTHEAST FLOW ON THE FOURTH OF JULY THROUGH THE REST OF THE WEEK
WILL BRING MOISTURE ACROSS THE REGION AND A THREAT OF THUNDERSTORMS
IN THE MOUNTAINS AND DESERTS.

HIGH DEBRIS CLOUDS DRIFTING ACROSS SKY THIS MORN BUT HAVE MOSTLY
CLEARED THE AREA. ONSHORE GRADIENT NEARLY THE SAME OR SLIGHTLY BELOW
24 HRS PREV. CSTL CLOUDS NOT QUITE AS EXTENSIVE AS ON SAT AND
CLEARING QUICKLY. INVERSION IS STRONG AND MAY DENY CLEARING ALONG
SOME BEACHES.
STILL WATCHING MOISTURE FROM SE WITH A WARY EYE. STRONG UPPER HIGH
CONTINUES OVER 4 CORNERS. NEW ETA THROUGH TUE PM SHOW LITTLE CHANGE.
BLOBS OF MOISTURE ALL ABOVE 700 MB WILL CONTINUE TO ADVECT INTO
REGION WITH LITTLE OR NO TRIGGERING MECHANISM. EXPECT SOME AFTERNOON
CU DEVELOPMENT OVER MTNS. MARINE LAYER WILL CONTINUE VERY SHALLOW
AND DENSE FOG WILL APPEAR ALONG INLAND EDGE OF COASTAL CLOUDS. TEMPS
WILL NOT CHANGE MUCH EITHER. CSTL CLOUDS WILL BE INHIBITED BUT
PRESENT UNTIL MONSOONAL FLOW BEGINS TO DOMINATE... THEN DECREASE OR
