FOG NEAR THE COAST THROUGH TUESDAY. HIGH PRESSURE AND WARM HUMID
SOUTHEAST FLOW WILL BRING PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES AND THE THREAT OF
THUNDERSTORMS OVER INTERIOR SECTIONS TUESDAY THROUGH THE REST OF THE
WEEK.

DEVELOPING CU OVER SBD MTNS PRODUCED AT LEAST VIRGA NEAR BIG BEAR.
NOW CLOUDS ARE BREAKING UP. LOCALIZED EDDY EFFECTS KEEPING CLOUDS IN
CSTL SAN DIEGO. HIGH CLOUDS MOVING INTO REGION BUT NOT ENOUGH TO
CHANGE MOSTLY CLEAR WORDING.

STRONG UPPER HIGH WILL CONTINUE OVER 4 CORNERS. NEW MODELS THROUGH
TUE PM SHOW LITTLE CHANGE. BLOBS OF MOISTURE ALL ABOVE 700 MB WILL
CONTINUE TO ADVECT INTO REGION WITH LITTLE OR NO TRIGGERING
MECHANISM. EXPECT SOME AFTERNOON CU DEVELOPMENT OVER MTNS. BASED ON
TODAYS DEVELOPMENT OVER SBD MTNS HAVE ADDED SLT CHC OF PCP. MARINE
LAYER WILL CONTINUE VERY SHALLOW AND DENSE FOG WILL APPEAR ALONG
INLAND EDGE OF COASTAL CLOUDS. THE INCREASING SE FLOW WILL BRING
MORE MID AND HIGH CLOUDS TO DISRUPT MARINE LAYER. SO JUST WORDED
PARTLY CLOUDY FOR MON NIGHT AND TUE WITH PATCHY FOG. TEMPS WILL NOT
CHANGE THROUGH TUE. CSTL CLOUDS WILL NOT EXTEND MUCH INTO VALLEYS
BUT SHOULD HANG AROUND UNTIL MONSOONAL FLOW BEGINS TO DOMINATE...
