Mono County Sheriff reported heavy rain that caused several mudslides. A mudslide on Highway 395 five miles north of Walker restricted traffic to one lane. Two separate slides on Highway 120 trapped 3 cars and closed Tioga Pass. No injuries or damage were reported.

MICROBURST WIND GUSTING OVER 45 MPH THROUGH THIS EVENING. BRIEF
HEAVY RAIN ALSO POSSIBLE WITH A HALF AN INCH PER HOUR NOTED NEAR
MARKLEVILLE AROUND 2 PM. EXPECT THUNDERSTORMS TO DIMINISH AFTER DARK
AS DYNAMICS FAIRLY WEAK AND ANY REDEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATED WITH OUTFLOW
BOUNDARIES. INSTABLITY REMAINS IN PLACE FOR THURSDAY SO MORE SCT TO
ISOLATED TSTMS EXPECTED OVER ENTIRE CWA. DRYING FROM WEST BEGINS
FRIDAY PULLING THUNDERSTORMS OFF NRN SIERRA INTO W CENTRAL NV
AND ACROSS FAR N AND S BY AFTERNOON. FURTHER DRYING AND COOLING
