WARMER AND SHRINKING MARINE LAYER. MOS GUIDANCE NUMBERS ARE 5 TO 10
DEGREES ABOVE CLIMATOLOGY. FOR SUNDAY AND NEXT MONDAY...THIS TREND
IS REVERSED WITH HIGH CELL WEAKENING AS UPPER TROUGH APPROACHES
