RAIN CONTINUES ACROSS MOST OF THE AREA...AGGRAVATING FLOOD PROBLEMS.

DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUES TO SHOW A LARGE AREA OF RAIN WITH EMBEDDED
THUNDERSTORMS MOVING NORTHEAST ACROSS NORTHEAST TEXAS...SOUTHWEST
ARKANSAS AND NORTHWEST LOUISIANA.  CURRENTLY STRONGER THUNDERSTORMS
ARE BEING OBSERVED ALONG AND SOUTH OF I20...BETWEEN LONGVIEW AND
MINDEN. THESE THUNDERSTORMS ARE FORMING NEAR A COLD FRONT JUST SOUTH
A TYR...SHV...ELD LINE.  THIS FRONT WILL SLOWLY SAG SOUTHWARD
THROUGH THE NIGHT...BUT RAIN WILL CONTINUE TONIGHT BEHIND THE
FRONT...WITH SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORMS ACTIVTY CONTINUING MAINLY
ALONG AND AHEAD OF THE BOUNDARY.  A FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT
FOR THE ENTIRE AREA THROUGH TONIGHT...AND FLOODING WILL CONTINUE
ACROSS PARTS OF THE AREA.  FOR THE FORECAST...WILL RAISE POPS FOR
EVERYONE EXCEPT THE EXTREME NORTH...AND WILL RAISE TEMPS A CATEGORY
IN THE SOUTHERN AND EASTERN SECTIONS.
