The Wisconsin River reached flood stage (6.0 feet) near Lake Tomahawk between the morning of July 9th and the morning of July 10th. The flooding occurred due to heavy rainfall from the previous two days. At flood stage there is widespread flooding of lowland and wooded areas. A boat ramp and part of a parking lot also become submerged at this stage.
