Strong winds knocked a wood frame patio cover onto a vintage car in Walla Walla at 11:30 am. These winds had gusts as high as 55 mph measured nearby in Whitman Mission. Power was also briefly knocked out in eastern Walla Walla when two power tranmission lines shorted out.
