General rainfall of 2 inches was reported across Bandera County, with widespread totals of up to 5 inches and the maximum amount of just over 7 inches at Tarpley. Widespread flash flooding was reported over roads and low water crossings across the southern half of the county from early morning until the mid morning.

General rainfall of 1 inch was reported across Medina County, with widely scattered 2 to 3 inch amounts and isolated maximum from just south of Tarpley to near Medina Lake of up to 7 inches. Flash flooding was reported across the northeast part of the county in the early morning, spreading across the rest of eastern Medina County through the late morning.

Heavy rainfall across the western part of Bexar County produced a general 2 inch coverage with isolated amounts up to 5 inches. Roads were flooded across the southwest part of the city. Passengers in at least 3 different vehicles were swept away in the rapidly moving water and had to be rescued. Nearly 15,000 persons were left without power for about an hour in the Kelly AFB portion of San Antonio during the height of the storm.
