In the Grande Ronde Valley, the Union airport recorded a wind gust of 48 mph. The towns of Summerville, Imbler, and Union all lost power for several hours. In Wallowa County, several trees were downed on Highway 3 in Minam Canyon. A wind gust of 52 mph was recorded by a spotter in Joseph at 6:30 pm.
