Highway 62 west of Altus was covered by water at either the Salt Fork of the Red River or Bitter Creek. Flooding was also reported on Highway 283 near Blair, where several creeks may have overflowed. Widespread 2-3 inch rainfall amounts were reported across central and northern Jackson County.
