The storm track remained mostly to the north and south of southeast Ohio. This resulted in only 1 to 1.5 inches of total precipitation. Normal November totals are in the 3 to 3.5 inch range. Preliminary data indicated Athens, Reedsville, Marietta, McConnelsville, and South Point all with around 1.3 inches. Newport of Washington County had 1.4 inches.
