The Blanchard River at Findlay went into flood late in the afternoon of the 8th and crested at 11.5 feet shortly before midnight. The river fell back below flood stage during the early morning hours of the 9th. Lowland flooding occurred near Riverside Park and along East Main Street. Flooding was also observed on County Road 140 to the west of Findlay.
