4 to 5 inches of rain caused washed out roads and flooded basements mostly in the town of Jerusalem which includes Bluff Point, Branchport, Keuka Park and Keuka Lake State Park. Rain was caused by training thunderstorms in the same area where heavy rain fell earlier that morning.
