Emergency management reported flash flooding throughout the southwestern portion of Steuben county. Routes 31 and 417 as well as Norton Hollow Road were closed due to flooding in Jasper. Route 248 was closed due to flooding in Greenwood and Rexville. Route 21 was closed due to flooding in Canisteo.
