Snowfall amounts of four to eight inches in addition to 1/4 to 1/2 inch ice were common across the Niagara Frontier, Western Southern Tier and Western Finger Lakes Region.

Low pressure moved across the Ohio Valley and Pennsylvania spreading a wintry mix of snow, sleet and freezing rain across the area. Snowfall amounts of four to eight inches in addition to 1/4 to 1/2 inch ice were common across the Niagara Frontier, Western Southern Tier and Western Finger Lakes Region. East of Lake Ontario, ice accumulations were less however snowfall amounts were closer to ten inches.
