A slow moving thunderstorm produced torrential rain. A line of thunderstorms also produced torrential rain that caused localized flooding of low-lying and poor drainage areas across Northern Orange County from about 5:40 pm to 6:30 pm EDT.

A slow moving thunderstorm produced torrential rain. Rainfall rates estimated by radar from 2.5 to 3 inches per hour caused Deer Park Creek to overflow and flood Peen Pack Trail Road, just north of Port Jervis.A line of thunderstorms also produced torrential rain that caused localized flooding of low-lying and poor drainage areas across Northern Orange County from about 5:40 pm to 6:30 pm EDT.
