A weak low pressure system moved across the area during the afternoon and evening of the 10th. Light freezing rain and sleet fell across the county. Roads became slippery and several traffic accidents were reported during the morning commute on the 11th. A few slippery roads were also reported in Carroll and Baltimore Counties.
