The second snowstorm in a week to hit northeast Iowa, produced accumulations of 4 to 7 inches. Cooperative observers at New Hampton (Chickasaw County) and Waucoma (Fayette County) reported 7 inch amounts, with 5.5 inches in Ossian (Winneshiek County) and 5 inches at Charles City (Floyd County).
