Strong winds tore off a 100 by 30-foot section of roof from a supply company. The roof damage allowed rain to leak into the building, causing further damage. Some bricks were knocked off a nearby building, and metal siding along the top of the building was ripped away. Debris fell in a nearby parking lot. The damage was near the intersection of U.S. Highway 41 and the Lloyd Expressway.
