Up to four inches of rain within a six-hour period caused considerable street flooding and traffic accidents throughout Tallahassee. Lake Ella overflowed its banks closing the park. A drainage pipe on Pinewood and John Knox Roads was crushed under the weight of the rainfall and the subsequent runoff flooded the intersection. Reported by the Leon County EMA and Tallahassee Police.
