Skywarn Spotters reported heavy rainfall, of two to four inches in less than an hour, caused localized flooding of roadway intersections and low-lying areas from the "Town n' Country" area east to near the U.S. Highway 41 (Florida Avenue) and U.S. Highway 92 (Hillsborough Avenue) intersections in Tampa.
