Low pressure moving across southeast New England brought 2 to 4 inches of rain to Hartford County, most of which fell in a 6 to 12 hour period. The Quinnipiac River in Southington experienced a minor flood, cresting at 4.5 feet at 7 am on the 22nd, which is just over its flood stage of 4 feet. No flood damage was reported.
